seattle still
settled into the homewood suites suite for the remainder of the seattle time, kinda refreshing to not have to pack up and drive around with the yaris chock full again.
also went to the science center for the afternoon. much good times there, photos to follow.
made dinner and hanging out for the evening, might adventure forth later.

couldn’t get a non-smoking room tonight for straight-up lack of them available. and the cable in our room is non-existant. as well as wifi signal.

fell asleep last night listening to sufjan steven’s “come on, feel the illinoise”, staring at the view from our 18th floor view over the river in the heart of chicago. very lovely.
took a walk to millenium park to see the bean and fountain. the bean is fantastically shiny, and the fountain is probably better at darker points of day, but still kinda creepy/awesome, especially...

we left columbus around 10 [eastern] this morning, and with a few neccesary stops [you know, gas, food, fireworks], a closed portion of i-65 N, and other...
Chicago Update
We got to Chicago before the 5pm traffic madness thanks to the (forgotten) time change!
We filled up for gas today and found the last take was 39mpg!
We stopped at a fireworks warehouse and bought fireworks. Word.
